Fall is here!

Greetings everyone!

It's starting to get a little chilly around the campus, and the trees are changing colors.  This can only mean one thing...Fall is here!  That also means Fall Break, so although Block 2 of classes end on Wednesday, students at Tusculum don't have to come back for classes until Wednesday, October 21st.  That's just about a week off!

Be sure to visit one of our admission counselors, as some of us are still out on the road recruiting for the Fall of 2010.  Andrew is in the Middle Tennessee/Nashville area covering college fairs, and Ashley will be around the Knoxville and surrounding area working fairs at high schools.  Be sure to visit them and let them tell you more at Tusculum!  Becky will be at Alcoa High School on Thursday, so if you go to school at Alcoa, be sure to stop and tell her hi also!  Remember to fill out a contact card while you're visiting our counselors, so we can send you information about Tusculum College!  

In case you weren't able to come to our Open House on October 3rd, you have another chance!  We are holding another Open House on November 14th, that's a Saturday, from 8:30am until noon.  Students, you are welcome to invite your family to come with you.  We will have information sessions about the school and financial aid to parents, as well as have sessions for students to ask us questions, and you'll get to sit in on a mock class, so you'll have an idea of what classes are like here at Tusculum!  We'll also give tours around the campus.  As I said before, fall is here, so now is the time to come and experience Tusculum.  If you'd like to schedule your reservation, please contact Crystal Hirschy at chirschy@tusculum.edu, or contact your admission counselor so we can set that up for you.
